Other third party plugins may charge a one-time or subscription fee payable to the developer directly.

Once we've determined that we are a good match for your project and have reviewed your site requirements, we’ll send you a welcome email that includes all of the steps you’ll need to securely send us login credentials to your existing WordPress site.

Next, we create a staging environment for your site and optimize it according to your specific needs.

Finally, after a full review of the staging site and it's been signed off, we push your newly optimized site live. WordPress Sherpas will maintain it for you and offer support as much or as little as you need.

If you don't yet have a site or would like to have one built, we will review your requirements and send a welcome email explaining how your new WordPress site works, WP Sherpa support and get how to access our premium digital services.

Although we think you’ll love the service we provide at WP Sherpas, we do understand that you might need to cancel or pause services for many reasons.

If you do cancel your subscription, we will continue to provide the same level of quality maintenance and service to your website until the end of your subscription period.

We do not lock you in with contracts. Your site and content are always yours and will never be held back but you will no longer have access to updates or our premium plugins and support services.
